Quality Management and Enhancement
5.2 Programme Specific Quality Assurance Measures
Student Representatives
It is suggested that a representative is selected by the student body / individual organisation. The
selected representative will be given the opportunity to submit / attend the meetings with a member
of senior management for regular feedback, in organising academic and non-academic activities
throughout the year and to raise any issues of concern the student body may have.
Student feedback
The feedback system allows students to provide regular feedback through questionnaires, meetings
and discussion. Each individual student is expected to complete the following forms of survey during
their course:
Initial / Mid / End Course Feedback
Individual Teacher Feedback
Facilities Feedback
The feedback received from students on courses, facilities and teachers is very important for the further
development of the project and information gathered is reviewed with faculty, student representatives
and senior management to form an effective action plan for improvement if required. This will also be
reviewed by Imperial English to assure standards are being met.
The English Course evaluation
Where appropriate, it is suggested to conduct yearly course reviews with all teachers to ensure the
planned course content is in the best interest of the class and provides the opportunity to identify any
possible alterations that could help in enhancing their education experience or academic performance.
Imperial English UK will hold regular peer and management lesson observations as part of the quality
assurance course and to identify CPD training needs if required.
Continued support for one year
A special arrangement will be made to provide academic and non-academic support to all teachers
throughout the initial year of the course. Imperial English UK will appoint qualified staff for this
arrangement. The Imperial English UK staff can be contacted via email, Skype, Viber or WhatsApp.
