A.
Students now use all of the ideas generated to write their own
story in full. Remind them to use the questions as a basis for their
story and encourage them to extend their descriptions using the
Teaching Tips adjective structures from the lesson.

Allow some time for students to check over their work (you could
get pairs to mark each other’s). This could be set for homework.

External marking:
Collect the students’ Practice Books to mark their sentences and
write your feedback in the Teacher’s Box.
Points to consider when marking:
Assessment - Grammar
- Spelling
- Handwriting
- Spacing between words
- Word order
- Punctuation
At the end of the lesson ask students what the lesson has
covered and write this on the board.

information.
