A.
Give students 5 minutes to read and check the vocabulary in the
questions.
B.
Tell the class the title of the story and ensure understanding that
this will provide a template for their own story. Give pairs time to
discuss their ideas before swapping pairs and developing their
Teaching Tips ideas further.
The aim is for the class to gain exposure to a lot of potential
ideas and not necessarily a complete story at this point.
C.
Give students some time to organise their ideas before giving the
final answers to the questions. This could be done in pairs or if
you have time students could read their story aloud to the whole
class.
A.
Assessment Check understanding of the questions. You could ask some as a
whole class and elicit example answers.
