I’ve really enjoyed the course so far. To begin with it was
Answers difficult to understand some of the work especially the
vocabulary and grammar. Also it was hard at first to use
my time wisely. I remember feeling there was so much to do
with revising for the tests and submitting my homework on
time. Deadlines always came round so quickly. My older
brother told me I should use my free time to work in the
library and do some self-study and I did. Although it wasn’t
always easy as I joined quite a lot of sports clubs in the social
programme.
I remember being really nervous when I gave my first
presentation, but luckily I worked well with my group. Our
teacher gave us some really positive feedback, and my
tutorials with her were very useful. I had never done self-
assessment forms before but this really helped me stay
focused.
My top tip for new students is to be organised. Write down
your assignments and deadlines in a diary. If you need help
or have a problem, go and speak to the welfare officer in the
